What is Hay Hay? 

Hay Hay is a contemporary art company that consults and creates custom wall art and decor for Hotels, Restaurants, Private and Corporate residencies. Inspired by local life and experiences and combining design concepts with the talent and creativity of local artists, Hay Hay transforms brand targeted concepts into scalable artwork.

Hay Hay creates original public, sculpture, multimedium and painted artworks, small framed prints and sculpture for repeated hotel room artwork. We create complete hotel and business packages from concept, creation through to installation. Specializing in 3 to 5 star properties, we are an experienced team of designers, artists and administrators that can work with your team of designers to help facilitate the vision and look of your particular project.

How it All Began

Hay Hay was born out of friendship, a mutual love for art & design and the beautiful country of Vietnam. Launched in December 2013, owners Meg and Shann combined their creativity and ideas with the talents of local artists to create their first shopfront in Hoi An's iconic "ancient town."

The concept was simple: discover, support and market local, unsung artists in a number of different mediums and products, providing them a sustainable income while displaying their works to the world. With incredible reception from both domestic and international audiences, the Hay Hay idea of keeping production, inspiration and business all local has spread throughout the country of Vietnam and Internationally. Now based in New Zealand, Hay Hay Design is thriving to put their stamp on the commercial art scene.
